I would be honored to photograph your special day, whether that be documenting your proposal (yes I will hide in the bushes), celebrating your engagement, photographing your elopement, or taking your maternity photos. Dream Come True

1.5 Hour Customizable Engagement Session

 

  • The shoot will last 2 hours:

    1.5 hours of shooting

    30 minutes of travel + changing clothes

  • The shoot will take place at up to two locations (within 20 minutes of each other).

    Clients get access to my full location guide. The guide includes over 30 locations in and around the Charlotte area.

    The client will choose the location(s) during the shoot planning call with Ashley.

  • The client can wear unlimited outfits during the duration of the shoot.

    The photographer will provide the client with a catalog of mood boards that include styling ideas/inspiration.

  • 30 Minute Shoot Planning Call

    Client’s who purchase this session will schedule a 30 minute planning video call with Ashley. During this call, the client and Ashley customize every aspect of the photoshoot to the client’s personal vision.

    In case the client needs a little inspiration, they do still get access to the mood board catalog + bonus mood boards. This often helps the client envision their ideal photoshoot.

    Mood boards are custom designed photoshoot concepts that I have made to assist my clients in choosing a location, theme, outfit, accessories, props, etc. for their photoshoot.

  • 75 Edited Digital Images in Color or Black and White

    This is the number of high resolution digital images that is included in the package.

  • Included | 11 x 14 Semi Gloss Print

    Every gallery contains a personalized print store that can be navigated to by clicking the shop icon once the gallery is open.

    The print store includes products such as canvases, gallery boards, photo albums, calendars, cards (graduation, save the date, holiday, etc.) + so much more!

    The client can redeem the print within the store as well as use his or her credit card for additional purchases.

  • Each client also has access to:

    The Ash Nichole Photos Pose Guide: this is a video that helps the client understand the fundamentals of posing prior to the photoshoot.

    Digital Gallery: Each client receives their own personal digital gallery that will stay live online for one year.

  • March, October Sessions | $50 fee

    April, May, June, November, December Sessions | $100 fee

    Weekends | $25 fee

    Sunset | $25 fee

    Protection Plan

    Allows for rescheduling up to 24 hours before due to the following reasons: sickness, family emergencies, or session preparation issues such as hair or makeup artist cancellations.

    Fee of $50

    Expediting

    Guaranteed in 3 days: $99 fee

    Guaranteed in 7 days: $49 fee

    Proofing

    Proof the gallery and decide which images you want me to edit for a $25 fee

    And then, the adventure begins. We give free rein to our wildest dreams and let inspiration guide our every move. Gone are the days of rushed and rigid photo sessions. Instead, we indulge in the freedom of spontaneity, allowing the natural ebb and flow of our surroundings to shape our artistic vision.

    Imagine hiking up a majestic mountain, strolling through a field, or stumbling upon a hidden waterfall all while a picnic lunch and a chilled glass of champagne awaits you. Whether your heart yearns for the embrace of nature's grandeur or the allure of hidden urban gems, the Wanderlust package caters to all your desires.

  • Four Hours to Explore + 30 Minute Picnic Lunch (for elopements, the shoot duration can be customized, contact me for info)

    Mileage fees do apply and will be calculated during the planning call

  • Receive up to 250 edited images in both color and vintage black & white

Book

Fill out the contact form. I will then contact you to determine what session type is best for you.

Your 50% retainer is due at booking for portrait sessions. Elopement and Wedding packages can setup payment plans.

Step 2

Plan

You will receive a link to my mood board catalog, location guide, and posing guide. You should look over these links to help prepare yourself for our planning call. On the date you choose for our planning session, we will have a video chat where we will plan all aspects of your photoshoot.

Step 3

Model

After the final payment (due before your shoot date), all you have to worry about is showing up and having fun!
